At Stow Dental Group we offer a number of options for your whole family. That means you can enjoy the convenience of coming to one office to receive many services.

Services offered for children

We take the approach that good dental habits are acquired early in life, and that routine dental care should be started early in childhood. This will lead to better dental health throughout life.

On these visits, we take the time to teach dental hygiene and encourage the formation of good lifelong dental habits. To help children learn good brushing technique, we use Listerine’s rinse called Cool Blue®, which colors the plaque on the child’s teeth blue, making it easy to see whether it’s all been brushed off. This is a fun way to teach good dental hygiene.

We also offer orthodontics and if your child needs some orthodontic care as the major growth spurt approaches (that’s about age 11 for females and age 13 for males), we can do a thorough examination of the mouth, including bone structure, and time the orthodontic work so that it goes hand-in-hand with the child’s facial growth.
